SMS Terms
These terms cover text messages sent by ClinicVox, operated by Rakesh Verma (Sole Proprietor), trading as ClinicVox, Noida, India, on behalf of the medical spas and clinics that use our AI phone receptionist.
Program
ClinicVox Appointment Notifications. Texts about an appointment you booked by phone with a clinic that uses ClinicVox: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and notices if your appointment is changed or cancelled. We never send marketing or promotional texts, and we do not sell or share phone numbers.
How you opt in
You agree to receive these texts during your call. After you confirm your phone number, the receptionist says:
"We'll text your appointment confirmation and a reminder to that number. Reply STOP anytime to opt out."
You can opt out at any time, including right after your first message, by replying STOP.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Usually 2 to 4 messages per appointment: a confirmation, a reminder, and any change or cancellation notice.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
Opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one final message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no further texts after that. To start again, reply START.

Reply HELP to any message for help, or email rakesh@getvoxagent.com. For questions about your appointment itself, please call the clinic.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Clinic staff alerts
Staff at clinics that use ClinicVox may also receive call alerts (for example, a new booking or a missed call) at the number the clinic gives us. Staff can reply STOP at any time.
Privacy
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
